I've had 2 orders in the past delivered from here with items missing, today I thought third time lucky since I wasn't feeling well to leave home. 3 items missing, 2 full meal deals paid in full, I get half of my order correct...... I won't be ordering from here again....... you need to train your staff better!

Fair stock but high prices. Particularly irritated today as an already narrow aisle almost blocked by a large trolley and a member of staff re-stocking shelves. At 1.30pm on Friday lunchtime!

Why can't they re-stock at less busy times so they don't get in the way.......?!

Decent local store. Bit expensive but that's what you expect from Co-Op. 2 stars because they're very understaffed - always a long wait for a member of staff to appear at the tills or to approve a self-checkout purchase

Poor range of produce and expensive, gone downhill since opening when there was some good stuff in the hot cabinet, not so now, usually nothing in there. Not good on stock control. Staff sometimes hard to find, especially early in the morning.

Pretty difficult to be honest. There's a couple of nice staff members, but that's unfortunately overshadowed by a couple of really rude staff members who seem to have a chip on their shoulder towards me despite me only living in the area a couple of months. Pretty shameful. I refuse to shop at a place where people think it's ok to treat me like that for no reason. Terrible. Oh and the prices are terrible.

Please protect your staff and stock and bring back security in this store, every time I’m in here someone is shop lifting!

The staff obviously won’t be able to do anything about it because A) they’re not paid enough and B) it’s not their job to do so! They should not put themselves at risk!

Please put a stop to this and protect your staff and the store, it’s worrying to see such a lack of care. Invest some money into a larger team so nobody is ever lone trading and some security! Tesco up the road always has someone and you used to have security all the time, this needs to return, a security tag on a block of cheese isn’t deterring anyone!

Order number 4292 22/06/2024. Home delivery ordered 1L bottle of Bells whiskey received 70cl. Unable to contact store as not answering the phone. So way out off pocket with no comeback.
