Bought some wriggly chewing gum the little tubs that cost £3. The same day I tried them and they were off although with a short band date. Went straight back to coop Winterbourne to get a refund the same day! Only used 1 gum. The manager said no and told me I had to contact wigleys! What terrible customer service. January 2025

I just moved here and discovered this coop. I have been shopping regularly for three days, but every time I am unfairly harassed by security. my right to shop has been taken away and the security has disturbed my peace of mind, I am one of the customers who pay his salary to pay his salary, I am trying hard not to return the products I bought.

The workers in this shop are really disturbing. I guess because they're thieves themselves, they treat all their customers like thieves. They will kidnap in the hands of real thieves and drive away the right customers from coming to this shop. The security guard at the door looks like a thief. He's also incompetent and asocial. If he follows me when I shop again, I will leave the products I buy behind him.

All essentials and more! Great offers and deals at times...always some deal going on. Good layout- shelves fully stacked. Staff are really efficient and some of them are really friendly, gives nice community feeling as I'm local! Cashpoint outside and plenty parking. Only downside is getting in and out of carpark and manoeuvrability in it quite difficult, I walk so no problem for me! Highly recommend
