Extremely rude staff
tried to charge me for 2
items that I didn’t have.
Looks like they might have card skimmers at the tills so be careful what you pay with.

Most staff members are lacking in basic customer service skills and lack courtesy and friendliness. That does not include the older women who are splendid.

Monday 17th June
Went in to get some electric at 330 .but every time I go I'm told sorry the machine not working its the same person every time that doest know how to do it.ok there might have been a problem .but these staff .can't be bothered in serving you .I went to another staff member and they told me I'm sorry I don't know to do it ..
Think you guys should get your act together .that's what you have a shift manager for is to help .not stand out side smoking .when you have a customs that need help..so I when to the garage were your treated like your special .you have some great staff in morning .I'm often served by Terri and nothing is to much trouble ..May be the general manager should do spot visits .to sort out your staff out. all should be trained in all customer care . And understand what people need .it's disrespectful .and outrageous.

What happened to this place, the local staff are gone. The new ones are slow, barely speak English, unsupervised and lazy. Making odd faces today at a young gentleman today, that clearly had torrets or similar. Rude, in coherent staff. Get an im sorry for saying it/not sorry. Get The Brits Back Behind your Tills

Very miserable staff, opening complaining about their job, customers and colleagues in front of paying customers which is very unprofessional. Incredibly slow, abrupt and seem to not care. No pleasantries etc. I'm glad I only go there for the necessities.

Very bad customer service experience. While I was in the queue the lady in the till kept me a side and served a customer behind me. And while she was serving me without finishing my transaction she ask me to go to the next till. very unprofessional customer service.

Not one of the better Co-Op's out there.
Stock levels typically low (rarely is there fresh bread throughout the day, despite there being a bakery section) and the tiny frozen offering is pointless.
