I went to the Co Op at roughly 21:30pm on the 11/02/2025 to collect a parcel which had been delivered there as I was on holiday. I was refused to be able to collect my parcel because "She had put the machines away". Which was fine, but what wasn't fine is that both staff members were all packed up themselves ready to leave with their coats on and their bags already to leave.

The impression I got from them was that they couldn't be bothered to help me out. Not a very 'welcoming' feeling in the store whatsoever.

I'm not trying to be a moaner, but the shop didn't close for another 30 minutes it's very unprofessional for employees to just decide when they want to stop offering adequate support.

I recently visited and had a problem with a security tag on a bottle. Every member of staff attempted to help, but I was eventually helped by a lady called Sarah. Her customer service was perfect, she was calm and polite, and sorted things out perfectly. Thank you Sarah.

The self serve checkouts are so irritating with a lack of space to bag your purchases. The staff are non existent every time I've been in and when you do come across a member of staff they barely utter a word. I Just shop at sainsbury's in bingley for a few things. I avoid this co-op if I can.

Convenient! Good for the basics and a little bit more. Handy that it has a cash machine inside! Parking can be a nightmare during busy periods. Staff are friendly and very helpful!
