Absolutely shocking! Ordered normal bread, they sent me a seedy monstrosity fit for a pigeon buffet!!!!
If I wanted a bird feeder, I’d have ordered one. Customer service was useless—apparently, I should disable substitutions altogether. No, I just want a SENSIBLE swap!

Won’t be ordering again if this is their idea of ‘equivalent’.
Fuming, as it absolutely ruined the kid's tea- was heavily relying on the order.

Was charged £1.85 for 4 muffins that I didn't buy. The bearded man at the till, tall, 20 something, scanned them in error and said he'd taken them off the bill again. On checking the receipt when I had my glasses discovered today he had not but my money is gone. Pay attention people.

I'm sure they're fine if you go in but terrible on Deliveroo. They don't update what's out of
stock so you invariably don't get what you want. The last 5 orders I've added a few extra bits to the essential items I've needed to make the delivery/service fee worthwhile and every time I've received the extra stuff and not the bits I really need (and the reason for ordering). Very frustrating and not financially viable if you have to pay a second lot of fees to buy elsewhere. Makes it difficult to support this local business rather than use the larger supermarkets delivery service when they are so unreliable.

A girl who works there today at 20:10 pm didn't allow me to buy a redbull as she think I'm under age and when she asked me to show my ID I did and I'm above 16 and above 18 as well bust still she refused to sell me a redbull and when I showed her the policies of her own company she still refused. This is what I have shown her in the picture. She needs to be taught some things abt handling a store as proves thst she is uneducated. I don't think this is that actual way to talk to the staff .

Just a good sized Co Op supermarket that's located right outside of the bus stops. Has good amounts of stock and an ATM is located inside the store here too. Staff are very nice as well.
