went to this shop tonight at 9.50pm so 10 mins before closing time to find already closed so a wasted journey, also on most occasion's now stuff that i want are out of stock. I am finding now I'm going to Tesco in the next road which opens 1hr earlier and closes 1hr later and always fully stocked. shame as i do like co-op better but not connivant there anymore.

Got products I wanted. Shop a mess. Customer service terrible while serving me cashier walked off to deal with uber eats.... came back to me to take money. As soon as I paid started serving next Customer before I had even picked up change!!!! Terrible ...

Well stocked shop ( quite pricey) but what i really didnt like when i visited earlier today (18/09/20) was the complete disregard of Coronavirus precautions.. i appreciate that shoppers behaviour is not within the staff's control but what's the point of putting a sign on the door saying "please wear a face mask" if you have mo intention of enforcing it.?!! Only around half of the customers were wearing masks and i didnt observe a single member of staff wearing one.! Really disappointing attitude from people, no-one to blame but themselves if we have to endure another lockdown.!

Friendly staff when you can find someone to help. Need to call for assistance at checkout when more than 2 people waiting. Fairly well stocked and some good offers. I always check my bill because not all promotions come off at tills. Not the staffs fault.

Simple enough to follow a deliveroo ordering system. All this store seems to do is "forget to pack" expensive items from orders. Shocking service and when you call they have no answer.
