No good if paying with cash, always waiting for staff, self service is card only, which is the trend now , cash self service takes too much resource to maintain

Good stocked shelves nice choices good produce but staff not friendly or stressed when expected to serve at checkout Not all customers like self serve! Self serve tills are supposed to be quicker but more times than not are too slow having to wait for a staff member to clear age related goods & other card/cash problems.
Staff are always too busy putting stock out. So really that's a problem from management reducing staff or their hours. If you want customers to keep coming then please treat them with the respect they deserve..

Fine if you use the self service tills, but seems to be understaffed every time I need to be served by an actual human, and when I am the staff aren't particularly friendly or helpful. On the plus side, the food choice is pretty good and there's a handy Amazon locker just outside if that's your thing.

All but two of the staff we find rude, shrivelled up Pepper was the only one in stock asked the staff if they had any more, a nice younger lady looked, and unfortunately she didn't have any. The woman on the till said "Do you want this or not"? I can't belive this staffing or lack of is typical of Co op as we use alot of the stores within Lincolnshire

The shop itself is great. The customer service has been poor every time i’ve been now. A young girl with glasses has been rude most times. Swearing into her headpiece as she couldn’t get the machine to work and seems to have a bad attitude. I try to use the self service tills just to avoid the staff.

Great local store, they sell everything you would expect from a local store. They have a few self-service checkouts which are really useful and easy to use. Outside the store is a large car park and an Amazon Locker which I use frequently for my Amazon parcels. I strongly recommend getting yourself a CO-OP membership card it costs £1 but the savings and rewards are worth the one off payment of £1.

Easy access with plenty of free parking. Disabled ramp upto the store door. Good range including chilled beers, wine, cider.

Amazon locker in the carpark. Can drop off DPD parcels here too.

I usually go in the morning and everyone is so nice . I went this morning to get some money out the cash point . I am poorly and for got I think to take my money. Have just realised I went back to a very obnoxious young man . Unhelpful to say the least . I did say if you'd have lost money I'm sure you'd make time. 😏
