I'm not sure why there are so many very negative reviews, since the store seems pretty average. Prices are a little high, and the self check-out kiosks are insufferable to listen to, but the store is clean and fairly well provisioned (though I have seen some shelves to be empty). Certainly not exemplary, but not terrible either.

I know there is a lot of theft but the shelves are empty most of the time, Special offer products are never in the store , e.g the £4 steak and chips offer, i have never seen it there , also many other offers are never available. Not very well run at all.

nothing cooperative about it.
Feels as big business as Tesco, terrible reductions, "partners" definitely don't seem happy.

This store used to be great and offer good reduced food now they reduce nothing like they did before everything has doubled. Even stopped the cash back on spending as a member. I recommend visiting another supermarket.

Because I couldn’t rate it zero- till nobody there eventually someone comes makes me move my basket and my items three times - left and came home to see I had been charged £35 but for the most expensive item to be missing. No vegetables or anything of interest it will be interesting to know what happens when I go back tomorrow without a receipt for my expensive missing item!

Understaffed, slow, incompetent. I went here to collect a parcel, as I got to the front of the queue the guy behind the till asked me to wait a few minutes to serve the queue I accepted that on the bases he said “give me a few minutes” after 5 minutes the queue is getting longer and longer, I said hey, I need to collect my parcel and go, he made it out that I wasn’t a customer and that I shouldn’t get my parcel delivered there if I can’t wait.

I’ll never step inside this shop again.

The place is mixed with nice staff and other times you’re being watched as if you’re going to steal. This morning I bought some breakfast products and lady Asian lady at the till almost charged me up because there was no barcode on the pack of a oranges so she picked up similar bag with clementines hanging around the till. There was not a big difference in the price but the attitude was not nice. But a lazy day, I will charge you up maybe you will not even notice and why asking for help, just put it through. This was the attitude. No apologies for the mistake at all and you end up feeling like you did something wrong.

Hit and miss - this was our local supermarket for over a year. A solid selection but slightly pricey on non essential items. I always find the coop wine to be substandard. Sometimes the security are good with Covid protocols sometimes not
