To say the staff are useless would be a compliment. Standards poor. Level of customer service none existent. Two working the checkouts and genuinely think my dead grandmother could move faster than the pair of gents working. Huge line of people waiting, no “thank you for waiting” said to anyone once they got to the check out.

Staff rude and obnoxious. No smiles or warm welcome. Tesco across the way had better standards and nicer staff. Only went to the co-op as Tesco was shut due to Sunday hours.

Avoid at all costs.
