Dirty. No shopping baskets. Lights dim as bulbs aren't changed. Car park has several potholes.

This street had armed robberies in 2003 and 2015 and a mugging in 2010.

The Co op in Roffey is my go to for quick local food; been going there years. The prices in fresh food and their own brands can be a little high compared to competitors. Good mixture of food stuffs and items.

Staff are lovely, they get 5 stars from me for having to work in freezing cold conditions as apparently heating has broken down (yeah right). One star is for freezing cold, dark dimly lit shop! Maximum profit for the bigwigs but minimum wage and rubbish conditions for the poor workers....no wonder they are short of staff!! Shame on you Co Op

Love this little local supermarket, you find everything you need in such a compact space. They have a good variety of their own brands and high street ones which helps balance the price range. The quality of coop brands is great and you get good deals on the promotional shelves or price cuts red labels. I shop here at least 3 times a week and i’m always happy with the finds. The parking can be limited if you arrive there before 5pm on a Monday-Friday, otherwise there’s free parking at the back of the shop.

Very handy as I cannot do the larger stores anymore, just nice sometimes to be able to choose your own items & the staff are very helpful, even help me with my bags to disabled bay! Getting a bit pricey, but isn't everyone after the Pandemic?!

I like supporting local my pet hates are technology that doesn't work like self service tills and inconsistency. The co-op get 3 stars because of the bakery. Please don't get me wrong, the Bakery is brilliant when its there, but it is so hit and miss. Poor Management is the only reason I can think of. rolls bake for a certain time, start baking at the same time every day and you will get consistent timing of when the goods will be on the shelf. some mornings there are rolls on the shelf at 7:30, other times not until 9:00...if there's nothing there, I go spend my money at One stop or Tesco

Staff are great, selection and pricing is good, and they're conveniently close to fuel my lockdown alcoholism.

Only knocked a star off because, being in Roffey, 70% of the other customers are subhuman. Not Co-op, or the staff's fault.
