In my opinion, a good and varied selection of goods, but...the spacing between aisles is not sufficient for relaxed shopping. I realise there are constraints due to the buildings footprint but maybe distances could be looked at.

Shelves are never fully stocked. Not enough staff. My wife is poorly so I shop.
In January I was taking home 2/3 carrier bags from Coop.
Now I take just a few items, don't even bother with the Coop card.
However Sainsbury's next door is only marginally better.
Mostly have to go to Morrison's in Middlewich, 4 miles away.

2 items of each. right?

Got to the till my mum put the basket on the conveyor and she was told to empty it - though she was going to before she was told🙄

we had 3 milks to buy - 2 soya and one normal.
Told to put one back - though it's 2 each?

Clearly can't count, the blonde middle aged woman (MANDY) was SO RUDE about it.
Won't be coming here again!

Why are your shelves not stocked up if it's 2 each?

So basically I could do 2 from here, 2 from wherever and another 2 ... It's so silly.

Lady on till was fantastic. Trying to buy my shopping another thing down the bread aisle 6 time the man past me with his cage trolley .I know they have to restock the shelves,but 6 time I gave up in the end.just paid for what I had and left.

Lots of choice, Staff very helpful & friendly. Lovely fresh bread baked daily. Easy layout of shop. Recommend 2everyone either just 4a couple of bits or 2do a big shop❤🏇❤

It is understaffed and consequently can never get any help and shopping trollies are filthy, and sanitiser is not available for hands. But it is stocked with the best variety of everything in town.

I'm going to be 100% honest about this the stuff in there really need to be changed because they're attitude towards people and how they judge you is damn right out of order they work for me I would have fired them years ago but it seems that they're not in any rush to serve anyone there's never any one at the tills and you'll have to wait and there's always a queue when there's usually three people working I always thought that customers always came first but no they don't seem to think so I would have void this Co-op shop like the plague

It's happened again...."Conned at Co-op".
The usual.....one reduced price on the product....another when you get to the till...anyone else have this problem...?
