I was assaulted by the security guard lady who assumed I was stealing. She should have been doing her job correctly!!! I spend hundreds of pounds in that shop every week for it is near my job.I was so embarrassed to be treated in such a way.. Is this the treatment that a loyal customers receives? And the worst part was the emotional trauma that was brought to my fiancé! What a travesty.!!! 12/01/2024 approximately around 12:35pm.

Yesterday, I forgot my two bags when I went shopping in coop-holborn. When I went there this morning, I was surprised to find that the evening and moring team helped me properly put away my bags, so I could find them smoothly. Very good team, very good staff

Old lady ("service") is extremely rude every time I enter the store. She is unfriendly and has made me return things that I bought, she lies about things that are on the meal deal and she refused to give me wooden cutlery once when I forgot and left the store and then returned immediately to get a fork.

I was approached by Joe, he has been brilliant. Helped me download the Co-op app to become a member. He showed me how to use the app & select the weekly offers. Also spoke to me enthusiastically about the charities they support.
His customer service has been the best i have ever recieved. So I mentioned it to my colleague who also became a member, he came back and said Joe was such a nice guy & got him one of those Prime drinks from their storage as it was sold out from the shop floor 15 mins after I left.

Lady behind the counter is lovely. Never bats an eyelid at my purchases. Always get a concerned look from the bloke on the evening shift after buying a 4pack and 3 red bulls. I'm trying my hardest mate.
