Good security and supermarket staff.
Sadly for the past couple of week, they have a pushy borderline aggressive guy raising money for a charity by the door. That makes you want to go somewhere else.

Possibly the worst local grocery shop to me, the Fridges are never cold... they said to save money, selections are always limited, self service tills half not working, and the staff are little help with no customer service of knowledge about the food they are suppose to stock...pretty useless , I'm going elsewhere from now. What a terrible in store experience 😕 (oh and very overpriced in comparison to the other local grocery)

Absolutely filthy. Decomposed, crusty food left for months on the self service area with no cleaning by staff.

Fridges are too warm.

Shelves often empty.

Packaging is often damaged for goods because of poor handling.

Unbelievably expensive.

The staff must have an internal competition to see who can be the rudest to the customers.

There’s a Sainsbury’s 30 seconds walk away which is cheaper, has friendlier staff and it’s hygienic.

I was a customer of this store. But I am sorry for myself that I was shopping and I will never buy from that store again. The way the employees behave is very ugly and rude. If the scanning machine has a problem, it is your duty to solve the problem with respect and kindness. Not to solve the problem with rude behavior and literature. And sorry for this company, who, according to him, was a person in personal clothes without an ID card and very nervous, introduced himself as Scorti and the owner of the store (get out of my store). It works there. I will not buy from there again and I suggest others not to buy from there... Maybe one customer is not important, but with this kind of behavior, you will surely lose all customers soon.

If I could leave a - 1 I would absolutely Aweful, I shop here often and today I went in staff very very very rude, not helpful, machines not working to accept contactless but they don’t bother telling you until all shopping put through, they speak to you like you dirt, absolutely disgusted will never return and will advice everyone I know to do the same. I live in the area and will now use Sainsbury

Get better staff am shocked you have people so rude working for you

This is my favourite food store in Archway. Usually well stocked. I appreciate that they have some organic veg. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful

, only one security man who has been there for years is unnessessarily unfriendly, but I just ignore him.

Shelves nearly all full. Lovely selection of fresh veg and fruits.

Coop own brand products are really good quality and you can’t tell the difference between them and branded items. Some bits are a lot ore expensive but you’re paying for the convenience as it’s a “convenience” store.

Store was clean and tidy. Produce was all good quality and not rotten.

Staff kept watching me in the store like I was a thief. I work in retail and I know when staff are walking around pretending to do work that their actually watching you. Doesn’t make me as a customer feel comfortable or wanted in the store. Hence my low rating.

I grabbed my meal deal which is great value for money and left.

Stock levels depend on the time of day you go to be honest, but sometimes they can have a really good range. Self-Service tills are always a pain and completely unmanned. Sometimes there is a pleasant lady on shift (Misha) who can be really helpful, and will usually be happy to serve at main till.
