Jake is fantastic! Every time I go in he’s friendly and helpful. I bought some flowers and he offered me a flower bag - I’d not been offered that before - he just goes that extra mile. Today I went in, and again he was very smiley and helpful, checking we had our coop card and could scan it to get points. He’s really great at customer service and it would be great if he was recognised because it makes all the difference! This isn’t my local shop, it’s my mother in laws, but when we visit her we do now purposefully choose to pop in here over any other shop because there is a friendly welcome! Thanks Jake!

Awful shop … used to be good till about a year ago! They have a new manager who lets her kid run around with urine on his trousers. Half the staff don’t understand English and can’t use the tills properly without taking so long and causing a massive queue. The worse one is sunny who doesn’t have a clue about anything or what any items in shop are, he also lied and said the electric meter top up didn’t work because he can’t do it . Won’t go there anymore and it’s across the road rather walk to another shop

Literally a 'life-saver for the local village community it serves, team there provides excellent service, helpful, friendly & efficient.
Although a relatively small footprint, Shop carries an extensive range of goods to meet majority of household needs.

Stood in the queue for over ten minutes to finally getting to the post office counter only to be told I can’t served for at least 5 mins because the queue is too long and that needs to be cleared first. Lunchtime and only one member of staff - poor
