Awful in there this morning.
prices are not marked up properly.
items on shelves have a members price, an offer price, and the full price. naturally, as I'm not a member I should be charged the offer price, yes?
got to self checkout n I'm charged full price for the offer items.

So, heads up people, you may be charged full price for items that are meant to be on offer, as il bet they won't correct the pricing.

Prices are just ridiculous in the Coop's now.

And I have noticed in a few different 1s that they change offers on tills but not at the same time on the shelfs, a suttle litte scam. Check what they charge, I have been incorrectly charged a few times and have been given the reason above when I enquired..

All of the staff are absolutely brilliant except for Claire. This rude woman likes to boss people about in an extremely abrupt manner, and every single time her mask is half hanging off her face. Wear your mask properly and treat people with respect.

Do not buy spirits....you will be asked if you want baby, teen or adult size - every time you go in. Apparently this is hilarious.

Except for just one female staff, the rest are very unfriendly and snubbish staff. With all the reviews am seeing here, maybe I don't know if it had anything to do with colour. But despite having shopped in several supermarkets across the country, this is the only place I've ever complained about staff attitude and gave a negative review.

Great covid safety measures. I managed to buy what I needed. Quick and easy with self serve tills, but staff ready to help if required.

Very friendly shop. Obviously the selection isn't too great as it's just a local store. For instance they only sell own brand peanut butter which isn't great quality and the ready meals do get a bit repetitive.
