I like to support local shops, with Tesco being across the road I dropped in to Coop, worst ever customer service you can give to a customer, no hello, no eye contact, no asking for amount or please, no thank you, no bye

It's a very small example of a Co-op. No ISB products and reduced range across all areas, with the exception of alcohol. Many of co-opss best products are not stocked.

Rarely go in this shop/ The car park is always busy but hard to see why as this shop is so unwelcoming and the produce is often not fresh. Has no ethos passed on from it's Manchester roots being run by the people, for the people.
One young girl who has been working there a few years is hostile and throws change at you and even short changed a lady without apology. What a cheek!
Co operative: please train your staff or get some customer service aware people running things there instead. Flitwick's worst business in my view.

Have visited this store a number of times, and on each occasion have felt distinctly unwelcome.
Almost as if I was in the way of their re- stocking.
Conversations in the isle obviously more important than customer service!
Will not be going to the store again as Tesco is just across the road ☹️

It's a reasonable coop seen other reviews of unfriendly staff and I've never experienced this there normally willing to help but I don't expect them to be over the top either It's a convince store after all. Parking not bad either if you can park a car.

Have gone to this store on many occasions and I found it to be a small and useful store with quite a few bargains, has everything at hand and the staff are very friendly and helpful.😀
Extremely good as a convenience store and they have lots of items on the shelf.
Would recommend it for buying your essential groceries.
