Over charged for items. Reduced lable aren't put on packaging in correct places so staff still can scan full price barcode. Staff aren't happy if notice this before leaving store and seem to have a real attitude problem towards customers.

Charged twice for goods, they say they cannot make a simple refund, now incumbent on us to chase it through customer services. I will also raise it as a dispute with credit card and let them sort it out. Useless service.
If you use this store check your receipt.

The staff at this Co Op make it a fantastic experience. Always friendly with a smile, happy to help and take an interest in the regular customers. Cannot fault this place at all other than some items you would expect in a small convenience store being absent. Shop there staff great you won't regret it! 🙂

The store where you can never buy any bread, rolls or anything despite in-store bakery. The stock is just for a small number of people, hence, after work in the afternoon one cannot find any food. There is however a very good Coop in Dunmow- suggest they take over Flitch Green branch!
Wait!!! They also close the store according to they liking not according to the opening times of Coop, so quite often you go half hour before closing and guess… it’s already closed😂😂😂

Cannot fault this little gem. The staff are so welcoming and friendly always happy to help and with a smile. The shelves and refrigerators are always full. Reasonably priced food too.. Thoroughly recommend

Normally well stocked, pop in when I’m working on the estate, but seems to be a meeting point for local Chavs and idiotic drivers who seem to enjoy having their car alarms go off! Could do with a coffee machine

Good grocery store where there is a reasonable range of food at decent prices. They are Covid - 19 careful with a one way system and limiting custom numbers in the shop. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Really useful and convenient to go to get bits and pieces when run out. Not too expensive, highly staffed, rarely any issues. Really brilliant, really useful, should definitely visit if you need a few bits and pieces.
