I live in the village and often go here for my fuel and shopping, paid for my items , usual chit chat behind the tills between staff members, get in my car and then get humiliated by some old woman in a long hi Viz coat , stands in front of my car in a raised voice in front of onlooker's " got a receipt" getting louder and louder until I get out the car , I explain that she was stood there behind the cashier and if she has a problem to look at the CCTV, apparently she doesn't have e time for that and would rather embarrass me , in the end I had to go on my own line banking and proof that I had paid for my items.
Not even a apology, will be speaking to head office about her behaviour. I will go back to using the fuel station at Hadlow, much nicer .

This place is ok, but really needs a fuel only payment lane, as so many people get shopping and not fair on those who have to wait ages just to pay for fuel.

Also the exit and entrance need to be swapped around as the exit at moment is set on a bend from a bypass and some vehicles do come round quite quick

Nice friendly staff always well stocked.only let down is hand car wash it's in somewhat dis repair very muddy and never seems to be working coop replace it with something new but coin operated still.

Ann at the counter needs to sort out her attitude and take extra courses in how to provide customer service. bloody rude today. Hopefully Emma will be the one serving me when I pay for my diesel fill up, as she was absolutely brilliant with me last time.

Always massive queues in store when waiting to pay. Only one person on the till at 08.30 on a week day which doesn't make a lot of sense
The queue stretched around the store and cars stacking up waiting for petrol pumps. Not everyone wearing masks and no one at the door to challenge this or maintain the queue.

Good range of food items however and staff are very helpful despite how busy they are.

Staff are brilliant and friendly, am a regular visitor as work close by. Can buy most things, though shop has narrow aisles and people do not always observe the one way system, which I find daunting, so I tend not to shop when it is busy, but that is my choice.
Sanitizer available on entry, and markers on floor, staff are screened also.
