Picking up a Deliveroo order, got there as they were closing and could see the order already packed up on the side. Nigel refused to hand it to me and started shouting at me for some reason

I’m a regular customer and have been for a few years. I was so pleased to see a wonderful young lady there that took her time out of her busy schedule to help me. I can’t remember her name as it’s quite unique but I did joke about her name and called her shaun the sheep. She found that quite funny. Thank you coop and thank you for the wonderful staff.

All I want is bread.

Normally I order from here when I fancy some nibbles. With the vast majority of items they will tell me that it is out of stock and cannot be delivered. That is fine. Occasionally they have made substitutions for me. That is also fine.

But I'm getting really annoyed that they always say bread will be delivered and it never is, so I have to pay for items that I'm not receiving.

It's always the bread. I just want some bread. Just tell me when you have no bread. I can get bread elsewhere. Don't bread tease me.

Good shop, decently stocked. A bit pricier than other co-ops I've been to and doesn't have quite as much range, but they always seem to have something decent on sale. I don't know if it's the layout of the shop, but it's always cold in there. Friendly staff.

I brought some cookies from here got home and realised they where gone past there best before. I realise selling things past there best before is perfectly okay in retail but these cookies where that stale they where like hockey pucks!

Placed a order via uber eats for this store .when it turned up was missing a item .I belive co op pick the order not uber .I called the store to explain and basically guy rushed me off the phone to the point he hung up. Very poor customer service I'd sack my staff for if they acted in that manner.

I visited the store this afternoon to collect two John Lewis parcels that I had ordered online
the staff member ( Nigel ) was rude discourteous and extremely unhelpful
one parcel was collected without a problem but because I hadn’t got a barcode for the second one he was adamant that they had only one despite my advising that I had checked my JL online account and it clearly stated that the second had been delivered to the store this morning
he was so unfriendly in his manner
I left and telephoned JL customer service who were above and beyond helpful - they confirmed that all I needed was my order number and ID for any collection
eventually I received my parcel but the whole experience was upsetting and totally unnecessary - between the JL Customer Service team and myself it took us over 45mins to resolve the issue with the Co Op
