The tills do not always discount as per advertised offers on shelf. It happens constantly, so people must be losing many pounds after being enticed to buy a product on offer. Its just not on. You have to double check every offer price at checkout. I brought this to the attention of their head office a year ago and its still happening. The staff however are very friendly and helpful.

I usually come to this coop regularly to pick up some lunch for my break as I'm a delivery driver. Usually, I use the self checkout since I'm not really good at interacting with customer assistance, but today, the self checkout didn't make my payment go through, yet my money was taken out of my account essentially paying the same thing twice the customer assistant was nice and did offer to get a manager which I said it's fine I'll just pay again but it's still a bit annoying that the self checkout didn't go through the first time yet taking the money out of my account.

Shelves are becoming bare, no fresh sandwiches,
The store is looking untidy.
Plenty of staff in store, looks as though there is minimal motivation to get the store looking the best it can be.
Milk was on the loading trolleys but for how long im not sure, why not put it back in the refrigerators
