The staff are always really nice and friendly, and the selection is good for a little store. On top of that, if you're a member some of the deals are absolutely brilliant. The bakery section is small, but it's nice to see freshly baked goods there every day. So far we've always been able to get everything we've needed because they're always really well stocked.

Had to use Uber eats a few times due to not being able to go to shops as I have a dependent at home. On all occasions I have done this there is always at least half my items missing but never an update on the app to say the shop hasn't got the item which is down to the shop to do. Been in there in person and the workers don't seem to care as they are busy on their phones and when you ask questions nobody ever knows and god forbid when you bother them by taking items to the till and want to pay the looks or attitude you get is appalling. I've worked in retail for many years and if I was the manager at this store I would fire them and just do the work myself as that would be more productive

Disgraceful service I use just eat as I'm disabled and stuck at home no way to get shopping than home delivery. I ordered food, noticed a refund on bread, then to my horror I only received six items, to my order of approximately 14 items. I thought I'd give them a try as I've avoided using them for a few months. . Not going to make that mistake again. They are responsible for check goods out so how. Can you be billed for stuff they obviously haven sent. There's no point in ringing them, I've tried, they don't take responsibility for their mistake.
Another issue is when you try to shop in the store, it isn't wheelchair chair friendly, so on the rare occasion I go into the store I have to sit outside and send my carer round the store. I prefer writing posative experiences, it's horrible giving g bed reviews.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. The lady actually rolled her eyes when I approached the till to be served. I sarcastically said “oh I’m sorry, shall I come back later” and she just ignored me. Numerous times you encounter rude staff here. I will never go here again.

Come in this morning to buy a drink and the man at the till was very rude didn’t acknowledge me at the till and carrying on finishing his task ahead. The man was very rude with glasses mid 30-40
seem like staff would rather stock up than serve you. Never any hot food in the morning either

i come in every morning when working but won’t be returning

It always seems that the staff are more concerned about putting there stock out than helping the customers. Trollys everywhere in all aisles, hardly any room to get past. Good luck if you have a pram.
