Excellent Customer Service

I had an issue with payment for buying meal deal at the Co-op, and a female staff member was incredibly helpful. She assisted me promptly and professionally, ensuring everything was sorted out . I really appreciate her kindness and the great service she provided. Thank you so much!

Terrible treatment from the staff one in particular slagging customers of down her head set accusing me of things I diddent do rummaging through my shopping bag and hand bag to see if I'd stolen when I hadn't absolutely disgusting. This one member even told a vulnerable old women to leave the store because it wasn't a warming shop she now feels uncomfortable and intimidated to go in how this women still has her job I'll never know!

Co-op Official Website and Google states the store opens at 6am on Sundays. Got to the store to find it still closed. Turns out they don’t open until 7am. Update your opening hours!!

Convient supermarket use the co.op a lot been a high street favourite for decades as everything one needs from news papers to a cheese sandwich and a hot coffee and a fresh pastry.?

This company needs to learn customer service. Worst ever experience of queuing. One very long que to back of shop and over 10 minutes of waiting to be served. Only 1 person on till. Not even an apology for the wait. Will not be going back!
