I drive a home delivery van, and happened to be around the Camley Street area this afternoon, so I stopped by this Co-Op branch to grab some lunch. I was served by Lohith, who made my customer experience really enjoyable, as we instantly bonded over the same previous job history. He was incredibly warm and friendly, and ensured I entered and left the store with a smile!

This morning at 7.30 am I went to the store to buy bread and the door wouldn't open! There was a store employee inside who was arranging goods on the shelves. I knocked with my hand on the glass, but she did not open. I went home and was back at the store again at 8 am. the door was locked again, another employee appeared and they unlocked the door at 8.02am.
It is not true that the store opens at 7 am!

During my visit, I observed sales staff showing varied levels of service based on customers’ skin colors.

The shop is not so bad, good selection and convenient location.
The cashier is the worst, lazy, with an attitude, doesn’t say hi or good morning or thank you or bye, doesn’t move from the seat and make you put your hands through the glass screen to take your items but she won’t move, I suppose she might be the owner otherwise I don’t understand

The staff closed the store during opening time; There were 7 customers waiting outside and being ignored by the staff. One of us standed besides the closed gate and tried to ask why they shut down the door, however, the weird staff inside just kept staring at us, speaking nothing, showing his arrogance, which is rediculous. In addition, we saw they were taking things from the shelves. I was so confused... Are they thiefts or they treat us customers as thiefts or enemies? When had the reputated chain supermarkets started to hire staff like them? I need a certain answer for this.

Great little shop overlooking the Canal. It’s very small yet has a good variety of products available. The fella by the name of ‘Krishna’ seriously deserves a promotion! No matter how early in the morning it is, nor how busy the store may get, Krishna consistently serves every customer with a smile, providing excellent customer service.

The staff are friendly in this nice little co-op next to the canal. It has a decent range of food for a small shop including some fresh baked goods. It's a good place to go for end of life reductions, there's almost always a cheap treat or two marked down towards the end of the week.
There's even a couple of seats outside, as well as seating on the steps down to the canal.
It's normally quiet as it is really only convenient for the new block of houses that it is built into, but it will soon be much busier as they complete all of the other new blocks in the area.
