Staff are always working hard and so helpful. Store is always clean and shelves constantly being restocked. Queues move quickly when the store is busy too as staff open up more tills immediately.

I was completely impressed with how professional, friendly and polite that the counter staff were.

I'm so used to abrupt staff at McDonald's, KFC and Costa interrupting me mid flow while I'm trying to place an order with (is that regular or large). They have no manners at all.

ALWAYS check what you are charged at the COOP's they swap offers over on shelfs but don't update tills at same time. I have been charged incorrectly numerous times and yet they still do it, nationally this will make them a lot of fraudulent money. I think trading standards are Investigating as the lady I spoke to seemed well aware.

Nice shop but always waiting in for deliveries (very inconvenient as I can't drive so can't just nip to tesco or asda on my own & don't want to be paying for taxi for 2 things)
Some staff are absolutely lovely others not so much

Handy to have a local store for emergencies, I would like to shop there more but it is way too expensive if you're on a budget. Even reduced items aren't much cheaper.
