Emitz Wonderland: Every week Tuesdays, I went to small shopping for lunchtime. I buy some green salads, mayo and some French cheese. So, I buy some 3 meals of Chicken bake pies... No Chicken bake pies!! Everytime the way believe there are run out so quick about Chicken bake pies it is, hm?!! 🙁 I don't like beef or lamb pies... There is only one left for fish pie. I take one with it, we're sharing with food. I'm so disappointed about my favourite it is. That's crazy, what could be expect of this empty Chicken bake pies it is... I give up, I pop to phone at home for Chinese wok in chopy food meal delivery. That's enough to visit there, I won't go there anymore, because of very poor runs some food and drinks less in place in the supermarket. That's such a shame!!... Sad. 🙁

I’m trying to place my first grocery order from Co-op through Uber Eats, but I can’t figure out how to make the payment. There’s no button to complete the payment after adding the items. Any advice? I’m sure they’d like to be paid!

I won’t be visiting this shop again because of the hostile unprofessional security guard. An African man with no facial hair wearing a beanie and headset started following me around the store and then he said “don’t try anything I am watching you”.

This is not how you treat people coming into the store, especially in customer facing job.

The guy is a bad egg and needs to be dismissed

Placed an order on just eat and i have been waiting 3 hours. When i called the phone nobody picked up. Call again nobody picked up. I only ordered a few items. (UPDATE 06/07/24) delivery driver gave me someone else's order which was probably to stock up their fridge. I dont eat any of the things so the food is going to waste…delivery driver was rude and did not want to take accountability for his mistake.

Elvin the old skinny African security guard harassed me by following me around the store and accusing me of shoplifting. I don’t know his immigration status but clearly he can’t speak English properly which is embarrassing. I have reported him to Sainsbury’s corporate and the security company he works for called Mitie.

I went into co-op today and I was followed by security and staff which made me uncomfortable due to me only getting a few bits and it was just there. I was heading towards the self checkout and next me the women didn’t pay and ran out instead of watching me and talking away on the phone maybe do your actual job and look at those who give more suspicious instead of normal people don’t go here it’s the worst it has no professionalism and everyone’s clueless especially the security
