I used a number of IT companies over the last few years and all have done a great job. Moving to Conquered, they took things to another level.

One of the big things for any small business is to have everything in one place. With Conquered we're achieving this. All the emails are now in one place and we're currently working on the moving the range of domain names that I have.

For a long time I'd had issues with the "CLOUD" and struggled again, to have everything in one place. Mark and Jack at Conquered have been brilliant. Fast and responsive to my calls when I have issues (even when it's me not accessing things through the correct channel), even helping when my printer drivers recently detached themselves - for no reason.

From the first onboarding session to the continued support I receive now, it's great value for money. A great investment for any business no matter how small or big your IT needs are.

Like so many small businesses we rely heavily on e-mail communications and when it slows up, we slow up. The move to a more efficient and reliable platform was long over due. Having met with us, ahead of the proposed switch, to discuss our fears alongside our needs Mark Cope, from Conquered IT, carried out a seamless switch to Microsoft 365. Fabulous service, from start to finish. Excellent communication, great value and I felt very well looked after. I purchased a new computer from Mark, two monitors, webcam etc and wanted full a full professional set up - so everything worked seamlessly home and work, and made my life easier.. he took ALL the stress away, gave me shortcuts that will make my life SO much easier and is on hand when I need support.
