Incredible service!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
My phone was stuck in a bootloop, struggling to turn on, samsung said its a lost cause for my data, but these guys did the impossible and recovered my data while fixing some dodgy parts as well!
They also did an excellent screen replacement on another device!

My gaming laptop stopped turning on because parts of the motherboard had fried due to overheating. I talked to Lenovo and they said a full motherboard replacement is the only option - and don't have service centres in the UK!

Mick identified the problem and sent me a very good price, then after I accepted the quote he repaired the motherboard, re-applied thermal paste and cleaned the exterior. The repair was a bit lengthy as the problem isn't easy to solve, but the price and service offered are exceptional. I thought I was going to have to replace the entire laptop but Mick saved me from that. Recommended - I honestly didn't think it would be repairable or the price would be double what I was quoted. Very satisfied.

Mick recently repaired my laptop and I can't rate his service highly enough. All communication was very prompt, the repair itself was difficult as the part required for my machine was uncommon but Mick went above and beyond to source this keeping me informed along the way. The repair itself was carried out in a timely fashion. The cost was inline with what I expected to pay. All in all a very positive experience and I will certainly be using his services again when problems arise.

My laptop was slowly grinding to a halt and then wouldn't boot up (then the near panic sets in) but Mick came to the rescue. My e-mail enquiry was responded to very quickly and an appointment made to take it in. Mick instantly assured me it was fixable so I could calm down. The deadline I set for its return was beaten and now I have a laptop with far better performance, back to feeling like new with a free tutorial thrown in. I would recommend Mick; I think he could sort anything and is as keen as you are to have your equipment working again.
