Received fantastic service today from Components Direct. I wanted 2 cabinet hinges to replace a broken one so called them and spoke to Katie, as requested I emailed my enquiry with a photo to enable them to identify the parts. I received a pleasant call back shortly after from Katie who was extremely helpful and polite, who confirmed the correct hinges were in stock. Being local I collected the hinges and again received excellent service on collection. Order number was 630063 and was a small value, but the service received throughout was exceptional. Would highly recommend and definetly use you again.

Needed help with a hinge for my kitchen cupboard door, sent an email in and had a rapid response from Ailsa, extremely helpful (and patient) and got me the items out i needed. To make the experience of dealing with this company even better as it was for one hinge and was therefore under minimum order of £20 sent for free! Cant say how refreshing it is to deal with a company with such excellent customer service! Thanks again
