Excellent professional staff & top quality carpet.
Honest & helpful members of staff in the shop and who came to my house who are extremely friendly & professional.

We had my son's carpet measured & fitted. From the very start of going in & chatting about what I wanted to the very end with fitting I cannot recommend this company enough.

It is a family run company where I didn't feel like a number I felt like a valued customer.

I had my downstairs laminate floor replaced and also my stairs & landing carpet (they also made a matching rug & runner) as i am putting my house up for sale. Collop Carpets were very helpful and made suitable suggestions for their products. They came with samples when they measured up. They kept me informed at all times and the carpet fitters and Tony the flooring fitter were amazing. They were all clean, tidy & professional. Collop are a family business and you get a very personal service. The price was competitive as well.

Just after covid we had James and his team fit our stair carpet and they did a really good job, so when we needed two bedrooms recarpeted, they were out first choice.
Off I toddled to the shop in Epping and it wasn't long before I found what I thought I wanted but wasn't entirely sure. I had a chat with James and me lent me some samples and a few days later I placed the order. Fitting was booked for a week later.
The two fitters turned up on time, removed the old carpets, fitted the new ones and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves.
A really good company to do business with, no pressured sales, just honest advice, great service and fantastic products.

Stairs and landing carpet; bathroom vinyl. I must say how pleased we were with all aspects of the fitting, especially the expertise and attention to detail. We felt that we received a very personal service, with Mr. Collop and his fitter spending the time necessary to complete a really good job. Delighted with the result.
