Very poor! After ordering a new "made to order" I received an ex display model that was damaged and discontinued from their range. It was later replaced with another ex display piece with the same fault and the delivery crew scratched the door trying to get it into the house, despite my suggesting they remove the legs! By this point I had given up sending the replacement back or complaining about the scratched door. They are a typical small-time "family firm" with little to no governance or compliance. If you want overpriced import furniture with shoddy customer service this is the place for you!

Have bought large and small item from here over the years and always greeted with a smile even if only browsing. Have bought both dining room and bedroom furniture and the quality is first. Lass and the delivery guys employed by CB are the best in my opinion. The salesman I see on my visits is Chris and he is always extremely pleasant and professional at the same time, quite a feat

2nd time we've dealt with this company absolutely brilliant. the delivery guys couldn't do enough thet set the bed up and attached the headboard. also took all the packaging away if you want qualify and service look no further.

I've bought several items over the years, from sofa and a fab leather armchair to bedding, throws, mirrors, trays, bedside table,
lamps, ornaments, kitchen stools and cushions. Knowledgeable staff, a fresh store layout with modern, well-made, highly desirable stock at temptingly affordable prices, means that you'll find it difficult to leave without making a purchase.
I highly recommend a visit.
