Richard helped us out with our suit fittings for me, my best man and a groomsman. Couldn't have been anymore helpful if they tried. Relaxed and calm atmosphere and answered any queries that we had. Sourced fantastic pocket squares and ties. Suit was exactly what I wanted and did not disappoint at all. Upon collection again we couldnt have had anymore help and direction with what we needed. Richard and the team were extremely helpful in providing morning suits for a team of 8 groom/groomsmen. They were very flexible with fittings as people couldn't all come together and, most importantly, everyone looked absolutely smashing on the day. Amazing customer service. I called on the Thursday needing a tux in time for Saturday. I never caught the ladies name but she answered the phone and unlike other places , actually wanted to help me. Quickly drove in and was helped out & got what I needed when other places didn’t want to know. difficult to find places like this nowadays with genuine people who take pride in their work/business. Got a customer for life when I return back to the UK. Thanks!

A Fantastic suit, a fantastic shop and a fantastic team!

I hired my wedding suit (Torre dinner suit) for myself and wedding party (4 ushers, 2 dads) from Cole’s, Epping.

From the moment I walked in to have a look around Richard and his team made me feel very welcome and were happy to answer any questions I had.

Before my visit, I had done extensive research and looked at a variety of different suits from different shops. What I loved about Cole’s was their friendly yet professional service, and the suit was the favourite one I’d tried on.

I visited the shop a number of occasions throughout the lead up to the wedding, for fittings with my ushers as well as my personal fittings. Each time I was greeted with a smile at the door and was made to feel like their sole attention was on me.

The hire and the pick up was easy and Richard even helped me to the car with the suits.

I would highly recommend and I would not hesitate to use Coles again in the future.

After a couple of bad experiences (most notably MOS bros!) when trying to hire suits for my Wedding I came across Cole’s in Epping and I have to say that they are miles ahead of the competition out their.
A special mention to Richard who is great at what he does.
I was made to feel at ease when organising multiple visits and the quality of the suits were fantastic ! Everyone at my wedding commented on how great we all looked.
