I recently ordered from Coffee Hit, and while there were some delivery issues initially, the overall experience was positive. My parcel was delayed due to an “insufficient address” flagged by the courier, Parcelforce. There was some back and forth to resolve the situation, as only the sender could update the address.

However, the customer service team, especially Kim and Leigh, were responsive and helpful throughout the process. They kept me updated and eventually ensured the address was corrected and the parcel redelivered. Although it took longer than expected, I appreciated the clear communication and effort to resolve the issue.

I’ve now received my order, and I’m happy with the product. Despite the delivery hiccup, the support from Coffee Hit was great, and I’d feel confident ordering from them again.

Exceptional service and product inventory.

I placed an order on the Sunday for a Fellow Stagg EKG Pro kettle, a Fellow Ode Grinder, some Fellow Tally scales, and a 6 cup Chemex. All of these arrived by Tuesday, well packaged and in perfect condition.

Customer service is spot on. I found on the Monday when I was emailing Coffee Hit were responding to me within the hour, almost unheard of!

I will 100% be using CH for my future coffee supply and equipment needs. Most impressed.

I ordered a Barazta Encore ESP grinder for my espresso machine and it actually arrived a few days early. Delighted to have pulled a few shots earlier in the week with it!

The ordering process was simple and good tracking information was provided. After being let down by another online retailer who claimed to have this in stock and in fact didnt, its nice to have a straight forward business like this to trade with.

I ordered a kit for my baratza virtuoso grinder burr replacement and later an adjustment ring replacement for the same machine I was servicing. The kit had many small items missing (luckily my old washers etc were still good). The adjustment ring came jammed and 2 out of the 3 tabs were broken and still stuck inside the threads (see pictures). To make matters worse, I paid nearly the same amount for shipping as the item itself! IF YOU HAVE A BRAIN AND CAN READ THIS- AVOID THIS COMPANY. Absolute shambles.

I made an online order from this company for a Fellow Stagg EKG pro kettle. The following morning, package arrived (beating my other amazon orders). Unfortunately the kettle I had received was defective and had to be returned. Within a half hour of emailing their customer service, I had a new kettle in dispatch and a return label for the old one (receiving my package again first thing the next day). Their customer service team was outstanding, and something I cannot speak high enough about. John's assistance is what will be the reason I return here for all my online coffee needs knowing I will be taken care of and will receive the highest quality products and service.
