If there were 10 stars i would gladly give them 10/10. Ordered flowers online from overseas at 12.21pm and they were hand delivered SAME DAY by 2.30pm in chester. Fantastic customer service - followed by an email. I also phoned the florist to confirm that my order would be processed and delivered same day. We have used cocoa flower lots of times and been very very happy with the flowers until today. The bouquet is lovely but the customer service sadly lacking. My mum has flower preferences and dislikes so we wanted a bouquet made up without the flowers she doesn’t like - my daughter was made to feel like an inconvenience and an idiot and came home very upset after spending £40. We won’t be buying flowers from you again.

The staff was very helpful , the store atmosphere was nice and relaxing and the prices are really good. There flowers work well with other flowers bought from other places like Tesco, Asda and others. Would definitely recommend them and if I ever stay a handful of days in Chester with my girlfriend again and I want to get her some flowers I will definitely go to this place
