Fantastic customer service. We bought our pram and travel system here after a great first consultation with them. We ‘test drove’ numerous prams along the high street which gave us a real sense of what they would feel like. The ladies were super helpful talking us through everything. A friendly independent shop with brilliant customer service. When picking up our pram we got more helpful advice and pointers too - really useful for first time parents. The other items in there are also beautiful and a bit different from what you get at the mainstream shops etc. I’m sure we will be back soon.

We received a fantastic service at Cloud Nine Baby Boutique. We had a pram appointment which started by talking through our lifestyle requirements and priorities, and we then tested out six different prams. Being able to take two prams out on the street to compare was invaluable and it made choosing our pram a much less daunting experience.
After ordering I popped in with my mother-in-law to show her what pram we had chosen and one of the sales assistants kindly demonstrated the pram for us.
Once our pram and car seat arrived it was ready and waiting at the shop already built, and thankfully no more cardboard for us to recycle! The sales assistant then helped us carry everything to the car.
It was a fantastic experience from start to finish and we would definitely recommend.

Such a lovely bunch of ladies who really know they're stuff but make you feel like no question is a daft question when researching their products. We bought our travel system from them and they greatly exceeded any of our expectations,Couldn't recommend this shop enough. EXCELLENT customer service.

My partner and I popped into Cloud Nine one afternoon with our newborn to have a look around and were greeted by two really lovely and friendly members of staff. Nicole was exceptionally helpful and informative and we ended up walking out of the store with more knowledge and information about all things baby than we did after booking an hours 1-1 shop at mamas and papas! We were shown how to use our car seat properly as well as our iCandy buggy and all the different ways it can support our baby! Very grateful for having popped into the store 🙏🏼 Thanks ever so much Nicole! We will for sure be returning for all our baby needs!! X

In what I have found to be a veritable desert when it comes to physical baby and maternity shops, Cloud Nine Baby Boutique has been an absolute lifesaver! Not only is it just nice to have nearby as a new parent, but the quality of items and service provided is top-notch. I couldn't recommend them enough!
Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I went in for a pram consultation, prepared to be overwhelmed by a huge variety of choice and flashy salesmanship, and was pleasantly surprised by how easily they were able to break down the ins and outs of the prams they provide, and how easily they were able to help me break down my needs in a pram and how to align it to my lifestyle. In the end, it was incredibly stress-free and a very fun experience, and I've come away with a travel system that I am looking forward to living with for the next several years! I have not done their nursery consultation nor their breastfeeding consultation (if I remember correctly that they offer this, but I'm sure they do!) but if I had been able to do so I absolutely would have.
