We went along to Clifton Trade Bathrooms to pick what we needed to refurbish a 30 year old bathroom, needless to say we did not have a clue, Jo was fantastic we told her what we was thinking and she worked super professionally throughout and talked us through our needs for what I was trying to vision in my head. After a couple of changes of things I thought of after Jo amended everything to make sure that our fitter had everything he needed and new exactly what I had discussed with Jo. I am so pleased with the result especially as I had the pictures in my head only, it has worked out perfect we will not hesitate to use you again and point everyone in your direction. She assisted us in choosing tiles, shower tray, ceramic goods , cupboard and mirror etc and provided lots of advice. After ordering we changed our mind on tiles and Jo was very accommodating in making sure we were happy with our final choice. Pricing was very competitive and quality of products is excellent. I've just had a fantastic experience dealing with Clifton. Just completed both an en-suite and bathroom to very high standards. First of all I downloaded the latest Clifton catalogue in pdf format and viewed this and the website on my 120" projector screen. This helps to visualise the overall design. I then produced 2D AutoCAD drawings and a parts list in excel. I then set up a meeting with Jo to go through my design and chosen parts. What can I say...her knowledge of products was outstanding and helped me greatly in finalising my design and final order. This large order was delivered promptly and efficiently and then the installation commenced. There was one design area of the bathroom that was still bothering me...the vanity unit I chose simply for the colour was too big for the bathroom. A quick call and discussion with Jo...and the matter was resolved with a smaller vanity unit being delivered at no extra cost which as enhanced my original design. Also if you order a item that is not used on your project...you can simply return undamaged for a full refund. I personally would not hesitate to recommend Jo and the rest of the Clifton Warrington branch for their impeccable sales service and professional conduct. Make your purchase with no hesitation. Many thanks Jo for all your help completing both my projects that puts a big smile on my face every time I walk into and has added much value and to my house.
