I recently had a whole house renovation project which required 3 bathrooms and a WC to be refitted. There were so many decisions to be made that buying all bathroom fixtures from the same place made the process a little simpler. I dealt mostly with Matt, who showed extreme patience and good humour throughout, was always responsive to further queries, and helped wherever he could. Every time I visited the store, I was greeted by all staff with a friendly and reassuring welcome. They were also great when I had unused items to return at the end of the project. Highly recommend!

We got all of our fittings for a new en-suite and downstairs toilet from Clifton and I must say all of the staff were amazing and the customer service was superb.

After purchasing our en-suite bathroom complete from Clifton’s over two years ago, the shower door/screen seal had seen better days. We returned to buy a replacement seal and not only did Clifton’s have the exact seal we needed in stock, but they did not charge us for the replacement! The staff as always are helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend Clifton’s.

We have two small bathrooms that we want refitting so Andy came out to measure them. We then called into the Chester branch and discussed what we wanted with Matt, he was brilliant advising what would be the best choices to make the most of the available space. I would highly recommend as he was so knowledgeable, the other staff were also lovely and made us feel really welcome.

We visited Clifton’s today on the recommendation of our Plumber. We had a meeting with Faye and she was brilliant. She went through full range of products on offer and really went above and beyond. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really listened to what we wanted. Would highly recommend using Clifton and if you do ask for Faye.
