When my usual plumber wasn't able to renovate my bathroom, he recommended Clifton's as a reliable company who could not only supply baths and sinks but also would recommend a plumber to do the work. I can honestly say he was right on all counts. Belinda in particular was very helpful and incredibly patient with me as I returned several times to consider various options and once again she would have to plough through several enormous catalogues to find the perfect bath for me. In addition to their own excellent customer service, the plumber they recommended, Russ (and his co-worker Alan), did an excellent job in just over a week, including removing a stud wall and replastering part of the ceiling as well as all the other bits that needed doing. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Clifton's and Russ and Alan for their professionalism and overall excellence.

I recently purchased a full bathroom suite from Clifton Bathrooms Bury, initially dealing with Dom , who helped me pick my bathroom suite and arranged a prompt delivery. I had a couple of small issues and queries however these were promptly dealt with by Bernie who I must say was more than helpful. Pete and Rob also deserve a mention in assisting me with queries as well as offering the benefit of there knowledge.
A big thank you to all the team , I would definitely recommend Clifton.

Cannot fault the service from the ladies here from the initial conversation about budget, to giving us ideas showing us around options and being really flexible with my many annoying questions. They really worked with me on my budget and took things off that were out of budget and suggested alternatives. I'm so glad we used them and can't wait to get the bathroom finished.
They followed up every time they said they would and kept in great contact. Absolute amazing service!

The staff at Cliftons were very helpful in helping us choose our bathroom fittings and they provided good advice and measured our bathroom so that we bought the correct sizes. Phil and Dan from Property Medics Maintenance fitted our bathroom and they did a professional and excellent job. We now have a posh five star bathroom.

Made an appointment with Matt who was amazing. He took the time to listen to my requests, and showed me different options within my budget. I did not expect this level of customer service. No heavy sale just genuine interest in getting me what I wanted and needed at the best prices for me. I would certainly recommend going to see Matt at the Bury branch, he was very knowledgable about all of the products and such a nice guy!

Matt is the definition of great customer service, to be fair the whole team has been superb. Ordered my bathroom from there a couple of months ago, the price was fantastic and the service was phenomenal too. I would highly highly recommend Cliftons in bury.
