Two chairs were purchased at the end of December, with the agreement that there delivery man would take one or both back if I didn’t like them. In fact the material didn’t match - so the driver kindly took one back. Cliffs antiques said I would be refunded that day. It is now February and I have not been refunded the £750 or had any contact from them. I double checked with my card company and they have said still no refund.I will be going to a Solicitor if this post does not help me.
