Ideal location for nearby places to eat and to walk to the beach. The suite was absolutely immaculate and furnished to a high standard with its own garden area. Tea and coffee making area with small fridge freezer and a selection of items for breakfast which are replenished daily, there is also a choice of a cooked breakfast.
Vicki and Graham professionalism is second to none.

We have just returned from a short break at Cliff Farmhouse, staying in the Besley Suite. It’s our 4th visit and would highly recommend it. The accommodation is perfect, it has everything you need and the hosts Vicky and Graham are so friendly. It’s an ideal location with a short walk to the sea and so many wonderful places to visit nearby.

This was our third visit and we’ve already booked our fourth. |The suites are close to good local restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The Beesley suite has great features including large bed, comfortable living room and breakfast area. The bathroom is well set out with large bath and luxurious shower. The hosts are very pleasant and friendly and the breakfast cooked and delivered by Vicky is delicious. The garden is great for relaxing when not out and about, ideal for a glass of wine and reading that book you always meant to all whilst enjoying the evening sun.

Fabulous place to stay. This time staying in the Pull Suite. We were made to feel very welcomed, Suite was spacious and exceptionally clean. Every detail thought of from the lounge area, the bathroom, lovely shower, and the bed was huge and so comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast every day. Quiet & peaceful & lovely views.

We have just returned from an amazing weekend at Cliff Farmhouse BnB. We have been going to Hunstanton for years and have stayed at many of the local hotels but Cliff Farmhouse exceeded all of them! It is immaculately clean and the decor is beautiful! The breakfast in the room was amazing with quality items to choose from! The suite was spacious and felt both luxurious and homely. We were made to feel very welcome by Vicky and neither my husband or i wanted to leave! It was the perfect weekend getaway and we cant wait to go back!

Cliff Farmhouse Suites, One of the best quality accommodations we have ever stayed at (Besley suite) We arrived mid January to a warm, cosy, beautifully decorated suite. So welcoming and comfortable. Nice outlook over garden with plenty of sitting areas. Very friendly hosts too. Situated in Old Hunstanton, a pleasant, quiet, 10 min walk to the beach, a handful of pubs and restaurants. Short drive to Burnham Market, Wells, Brancaster, and plenty more small places, approx 1 hour to Sheringham.
We will definately return when it's warmer and brighter with our walking boots!

As always excellent.
The Beasley suite is very well proportioned with every home comfort. The property maintains the same level of quality and attention to detail but not only this Vicky and Graham constantly strife to improve the accommodation.
Cannot recommend the accommodation and location enough.
