SCAMMERS! Said on the sign about vapes for £3.99 each with photos of Lost Mary, Elf Bar etc. I asked which ones were £3.99 and he showed this brand I had never heard of before called "Dragon Bar" with an image of the Welsh dragon on it. I bought it because I am a poor student. When I got it, the vape was not packed properly in the box so they had obviously taken the vape out of its packet. It also had a sticker on it with "Dragon 600" on it. I therefore peeled this sticker off to find out it was a fake elf bar. (Please see the images attached).

He also tried to oversell all the other vapes for £8 claiming they were "real", when I buy them for £4.99 at certified vape shops

The worst experience from this company. The longest story but I went in to get headphones as I had forgot mine on the way to the train station, every box of their over priced value headphones they opened were fake airpods inside (the boxes said sony etc). I was in a rush to get my train and just agreed to take them after multiple attempts to get anything other. The one didn't work as I tested them and they denied giving me a refund even though I hadn't left the store. The only way I was able to recieve a refund was going in another day and disputing with the manager that it's within the UK law (after he demanded i bought a different set, to which obviously was again fale airpods inside) this whole ordeal took over an hour. They then instead of refunding through their card machine PAYPALED it back to me! I would never trust these people with repairing anything, never mind buying something.

Stay away at all costs.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Gave them my phone for screen fix and a week later it magically broke and when I came back he said “oh, it’s water damage”, even though my phone hadn’t TOUCHED WATER. So I paid for that to be fixed, meaning I’ve now paid £220 in total. Four days later screen stops working, keeps randomly clicking on apps I’m not pressing - charged another £90. I’ve just taken it to another phone shop down the road and the man opened up my phone in front of me and immediately said it was missing a LOT, screws missing, battery placed back wonky, and if this place did fix the phone screen there then it wouldn’t be worth it because there’s so much wrong with the rest of the device due to how poor its been dealt with in the past. Do NOT come here. You will be scammed.

Very poor customer service. Poor quality product/service, very unreliable usability. Product does not meet customer requirements. Totally a scam, they are a team of scammers. This place has been reported many times by the media, and the people running this place are definitely scammers, so avoid it

Fantastic! I dropped in hoping to save my iPhone XR's trade-in value before having to "recycle" it for a new iPhone. Mr. Singh was very polite, quick, and reassuring that the screen could be repaired and there shouldn't be any hardware damage. The repair price was sufficient to get some savings on the trade in. Still, I was a bit skeptical as it was my first time repairing my iPhone outside of Genius Bar. Fear not, the iPhone returned like new! Mr. Singh allowed me to test it before paying and he has a 20 day guarantee warranty. Now I get to hold onto this phone for a while! Thank you! (oh yes, like another reviewer, he threw in a new screen protector too.)

Please avoid!! This shop must be shut down. The worst service I have ever had in my life. Don’t be deceived by the shop owner whatever he tells you. I paid 90 pound upfront to repair the screen of the Galaxy s4 mini. The shop owner is a big dishonest; he didn’t fulfill his promises. He said he will call me but he didn’t, he didn’t even answer the phone, he kept me popping up back and forth many times. He told me he will repair the phone within 3 days but it took more than 3 weeks. When I come to collect it, he said the delay is from the technician and i will deliver it to your door. He turned up but I couldn’t believe that this is my phone, I was shocked, he changed all my original ones with fake damaged parts and on top of that the touch screen is not working also my phone has been changed with damaged frame. It is really the worst service. I will go further to take him to court.

I would have given 0 stars if possible. I have read some of the reviews below and experienced the exact same problem.

I took my Sony Z4 to the owner of this shop who quoted me £120 for a screen repair which I paid in advance and was told 3 - 10 working days. 10 days came and went and I continually had to chase the owner to speak to, which was incredibly difficult. After 3 full weeks I finally managed to get him on the phone and was told it would be an extra £75.00 for an additional part.

It took 5 weeks of trying to get hold of him every day I finally got my phone back. The screen was not attached properly and neither was the back case. Light was shining through the sides and additional they had placed some clump of metal over the ear piece, affecting the sound of the phone.

Within 1 hour, a crack re-appeared from the left corner of the screen and propagated over the following hours to completely cover the screen, making it completely useless. Furthermore, the bottom left corner of the screen cracked off completely within 24 hours. When I took this back to the shop, I was accused of dropping the phone causing it to crack and told I wouldn't receive a refund and would get a call back the next day to see if the 12 month warranty would cover it. He never called back so I took it to someone else, who repaired the screen and the additional problems caused by this man within 24 hours.

This shop is a complete scam. Worst customer service I've ever experienced, worst quality of repair (it was more broken when I got it back than when I took it in) and the owner clearly shows no remorse at all in ripping people off from their hard earned money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
