Overpriced, overcrowded isles with out dated goods and stuff not price marked! when offering you the device to tap & pay they keep the digital display screen facing them so you don't see what you have tapped & paid for. they never show you what the amount is on the tap and pay device. I'll happily take my business elsewhere👎

If I could give a 0 i would. It’s a foul place with a rude man. Go to bottleneck its a convenience store right next to it, the man is much nicer to his customers.

Got sick from multiple expired products. Definitely will not be going there ever again. Vapes, chewing gums, drinks an snacks. After being sick my husband checked the dates an we were so shocked. Please check the dates if ur buying from here.

I went in there to buy batteries. The prices were expensive, so I decided not to bother. As I was leaving, one of the two sikh men that owned the place, looked at me suspiciously and checked I hadn't stolen the batteries. Very disgusting behaviour. What exactly warranted this suspicion? When I asked them as I entered if they sold batteries. I think this was discrimination. In the end, I went to the Amazon Fresh across the street, and bought the batteries there.

Lovely owner. Knows the real customer service. Go there everyday. Even if he’s 50p expensive then the other store he knows his service and he defo knows what he’s doing. Amazing prices on alchol in the whole of Hounslow. Even the staff. All helpful. Hands down the best shop in Hounslow !
