After we waited to long for the drinks, the lady that served us, had detergent and dirt on hands after she wiped the counter and with the bare hands she touched the straws and lids that she put them on our drinks. I refused to take the straws and the lids as has detergent on them and said to her that to health and safety and she started being agresive toward me and shouting. She then came with different straws and lids and thrown them on the counter which was full of detergent as she didn’t clean it. This is unacceptable behaviour for something that we paid for. Also they are cooking the sweets and touching the ice with bare hands which is really disgusting and not hygienic.

Went to buy Churros, the opening hours are very wrong on Google, and they were closing early as needed some work doing somewhere, very disappointed as the 3rd day I've tried to get them. Just been up now as was told the opening times are 11-5, yet there is no1 here again. What a joke
