Visited today for lunch. Waited about 10 minutes for a free table but it was certainly worth it. We both had burgers and added on bacon and cheese. You get leaves, coleslaw, chunky chips and 2 onion rings, they were very tasty and crispy. It was a large plateful, served very hot, and certainly left you satisfied. We both had tea and requested extra hot water which wasn’t a problem. It was a shame I hadn’t got room for a dessert as the white chocolate and raspberry cheesecake sounded delicious. The menu wasn’t extensive but that means that they can concentrate on doing things properly. I bought a couple of things in the shop including a scone which was consumed several hours later and was fresh and tasty. Would recommend this place 10 out of 10.

While looking for an ice cream we found this lovely farm shop 😃. Plenty of easy parking.
Friendly staff, very well stocked & tomorrow I will try the sausages that looked very appealing.
You can find from cards to meat, homemade food to cooked at home, vegetables, eggs, and even lovely presents 😃
I love the Farm shops and I believe it’s important to support them 😍

We went there for breakfast, and I can honestly say it was dire! I had mushrooms on toast, 4 mushrooms on top of 2 dry piece's of toast!! They need to take inspiration from Battlefield farm cafe, their mushrooms on toast was delicious, 10/10. Never going back to Churncote, don't know who the chef is, but they definitely need to go to cookery school!! I do it better at home!

Lovely Farm Shop & Cafe!

We stop here every time on the way to and from Wales and it’s always a lovely experience.

The farm shop has the most amazing butchers counter with anything you could want, and the fresh fruit and veg is fantastic.

There is a really good selection of other items there also from pre-prepared meal sauces to preserves. The sheep skin rugs are also fantastic, and I’ve had one beside my bed now for years!

The cafe is a great addition with lovely, well priced food and fast service. Today we had the piri-piri chicken burger and the Halloumi and sweet chilli sandwich - both of which were very tasty.

Definitely worth a stop to break up your journey, and even worth a detour!

Been here many times before, love having a good look around, some nice treats to buy in the shop area and the butchers is amazing, really fresh and excellent quality meats. Always spend a fortune here but there’s so much I want..

This was a really lovely farm shop and restaurant. My only recommendation would be the installation of baby-changing facilities in both men and women's toilets, or having a unisex toilet with baby-changing facility. It was disappointing to see that their toilet with a baby-changing facility had a sign indicating it was for use by women only.
