We stopped here for a morning coffee and snack while walking the Two Moors Way, and I'm so glad we did! The coffee was wonderful and made even better with pain au raisins straight out of the oven. Probably the best pastry I've ever had!

This is a lovely little store! We were walking the two moors way or I would have bought everyone on my list Christmas presents here! We had tea and scones and bought a few (adorable and very reasonably priced) trinkets. The owners were wonderful and funny. Overall the nicest shop like this that I have ever been in.

I love this little shop. It has so many little treasures in it. Todays treasure was a yummy chicken and bacon pasty and chocolate brownie, which my son described as the best thing he has ever eaten. I tried not to take offence, as I hadn't cooked it!! Lots of local produce and quality other bits. I always spend more than intended in there. There are even little gifts.

This shop is probably THE best local village shop in Devon, great local produce, always high quality and exceptional value for money. My advice, for what it's worth, is turn right as you go in and follow your nose to where the home made, home baked pasties are. You'll be behind me in the queue.

Fabulous, friendly village store selling fresh fruit and veg, bread, cakes & croissants (and all daily essentials). Excellent quality food at great prices. Very convinient for our family. Friendly service and open 7 days a week. Fresh pasties, meat and great provision for vegetarians. A pretty range of gifts and cards. Local beer, wine & jam. They even serve tea, coffee, panini's and cakes!
