Just drove there and at 12:35 on a wed, is closed.
Shutters were fully down.
Looking at other reviews (unfortunately after this experience) clearly this place opens and closes for lunch and early finishes.....but they need to put that on the site

Website says open until 8pm and it’s not. I drove 8 miles to get here and shop is closed, only 6pm. Unbelievable !!! update your opening times on your website

Having arrived at 8:45 to post 2 parcels I found a queue and no service, despite the fact that it was meant to open at 8:30! When I asked, I was told that staff were ‘locked out’ the front system and that the main counter did not open till 9am - despite a member of staff being there! None of this was explained to those queuing before I asked! I would expect staff to be far more customer-considerate - so I left.
