DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. SHOP ELSEWHERE - ALL THEIR BRANDS YOU CAN GET ELSEWHERE. Terrible customer service. Bought my son a very expensive outfit and the t-shirt and sweater shrank. They sent it off to be 'analysed'. All they did was measure it up against other items of the same brand. They couldn't prove that I had only washed it on a low temperature, so calling me a liar too. I said that I would bring my son into the shop and try on the two items to show them that it has shrunk as all sizes vary. They declined this. I am now going to report them to Trading Standards to try and prevent this happening again.

Completely agree with the comments on the snobby staff. To the girl with short dark hair and eyeliner - staring other girls up and down all day while you stand round doing nothing really won't do you any favors in the long run. You don't own the shop, you work there as a sales assistant. Hopefully your boss takes this on board as i'm not the only shopper who's had a problem with you.

Stood waiting for the woman at the till for a good few minutes while she chatted to a friend about fancy dress before she decided to call someone else to serve us. No urgency in her job at all and obviously better than everyone else.

I feel like the staff are very judgmental based on the clothes you are currently wearing. Strange i know but was getting looks up and down by the staff which is something i shouldn't be experiencing.

Employee's don't help you with your experience in the store they just stand around waiting for the day to end , Flannels is much better and they have more clothing items and better staff where they can help you have a better shopping experience

waiting too long for opening, gone pass 11am
