I’ve been to Chloe nails many times and I’ve always had a great experience except today. Went to get my acrylics removed which never takes more than 30 minutes and it took over an hour. The service was poor as the person doing them kept answering the phone and serving other customers, which made the process take longer. Not all the acrylic was removed in all nails and my pinky is bloody. I also have white crust all around my fingers which doesn’t wash away, and overall I am not very happy with the result. I’m very disappointed as I’ve always been happy with all my nails I’ve gotten done here. Will not be coming back.

This nail shop has been the first ever place I ever went to when I first ever got my nails done. It has been 7 years since and I’ve always been happy with the staff over here. From it’s previous owners to it’s owners now, I have always been satisfied with what I got. They always manage to do what I ask for. Always so gentle and caring! Thank you so much for leaving me happy after every single appointment.

I went to Chloe Nails today after a tough week and feeling totally wiped out, and I’m so glad I did! The staff were all so lovely, especially Melissa, she’s an absolute gem and really brightened my day. The young woman who did my nails (I’m so sorry, I can’t remember her name!) was fantastic too. My nails turned out amazing, and I left feeling so much better and totally relaxed. Highly recommend Chloe Nails, great vibes and even better service!

First time coming and will deffo be coming back the service and efficiency 10/10 nails were the best French tip I’ve ever had they got it spot on and perfect as I wanted them x prices are also fair. Don’t walk RUN to this place you won’t regret xx

Consistent and fast .
I’ve done BIAB nails with them shellac and feet and so far everything has been neat and lovely . They also have a loyalty card which is great . This isn’t a local nail shop to be but I’m happy to make the distance due to consistency with staff x

I do NOT recommend this place. The first time I went here my nail broke really bad only a couple of days after having them done, which tells you the bad quality of their service. Went straight away to try to get it fixed and they said they couldn’t do it and I should try to pop up later. My mail started to bleed real bad so I had to fix it myself with super glue and paper. Tried coming back again and they said that they would charge for it “because it was over a week”, even though I told I’ve tried to come back the same day it broke, but they just kept pushing it and saying it couldn’t be done. I honestly think they do this only to get more money out of the customers. There are plenty of other nail salons that provide better quality for similar or even lower prices in the area.
