On first contact with CDS I knew they were a competent and thorough service. I explained my situation to the team and they suggested a call back when I was at home to remotely access my device. Although we encountered a few issues with my emails etc, they showed their skill, knowledge and experience to navigate through them. My system now works more efficiently and the team have given me confidence to add to it. I would highly recommend CDS and I will certainly be using them again when I upgrade my parents system in Yorkshire.
