Everything was perfect!! Couldn't of asked for more. The cake looked amazing, better than I could of ever imagined. To top it off it tasted amazing too. Our guests loved it and we were thrilled there was cake left over so we could enjoy it the following day too! Katherine made our cake for our wedding at Tortworth Court in May 2023. She offers a great selection of cake, and we opted to have one layer of red velvet, one of lemon & elderflower and one cherry Bakewell. All the cakes were absolutely delicious, and the cherry Bakewell is one of the best cakes we’ve ever tasted. We wanted a fairly minimal and modern design, and Katherine was very accommodating with our wishes. We had a video call to discuss our options and she provided samples for us to help choose our flavours.

On the day Katherine set-up the cake beautifully, including providing our cake stand, and as she lived locally she was happy to come and pick up the stand from the hotel the following day. We would highly recommend Cherish Cakes to anyone whose wedding is coming up!

We chose Katherine to make our semi-naked wedding cake in September and it was amazing. From the consultation to the big day itself Katherine was fab in every way and made the whole process easy and stress free. Our cake was absolutely stunning and delicious, could not have asked for more. We received so many comments from the guests on how beautiful the cake was and how yummy it tasted. We were absolutely thrilled with our wedding cake from Katherine Edwards of Cherish Cakes! Not only was the cake visually stunning, but the flavors were incredible — Lemon with vanilla bean buttercream and lemon curd (my personal favorite), chocolate with dark chocolate ganache and buttercream, and vanilla with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry conserve were all a hit with our guests.

Katherine worked seamlessly with our florist to create the most beautiful cake display, making it a true centerpiece at our wedding. She was a joy to work with — professional, talented, and passionate about every detail.

If you want a cake that’s both delicious and gorgeous, we can’t recommend Cherish Cakes enough!
