Beautiful fish! Delivered fast and on a day I was able to select when it suited me. They were packaged incredibly well and all fish were alive. Fantastic advice, service and delivery conditions.
I'd had ordered online from elsewhere before and had a bad experience. I was reluctant to try again but I'd heard about Chens through some internet research and thought I'd reach out to them to see if I could be convinced.
Francis was hugely helpful, both on email and WhatsApp, from talking about the various options they had, to photos and general advice, the service was brilliant.
The packaging was exactly as required, really expertly done and the discus were in fantastic condition (for info it's the yellow ones in the photos - albino pearl diamond and yellow snow jaguar).
Ordering online can be done well. Make sure if you want discus, go to a specialist supplier, do your homework and ask the right questions.

Amazing selection of quality discus. Very knowledgeable with plenty of good advice on offer. We arranged our visit during a less busy period (just after Christmas) but still plenty of high quality fish to choose from.
